We know not all Republicans are idiots. Some of the smart ones even call Randi. But when conservatives are stupid, they go all the way, baby!
For example, when a GOP presidential candidate calls a President who supports community colleges, trade schools, four-years colleges, and any other post-high school advanced training, "a snob." 
Or when a thrice-divorced, former drug-addicted, fat, ugly, middle-aged, male, professional bloviator decides to verbally attack a college student for testifying before Congress on contraception, by calling her "a slut", and saying she should post sex tapes in order to get contraception.
The extremists say so many stupid things, it's hard to choose such a small list - which is why we're glad journalist Sarah Seltzer picked the eleven dumbest things conservatives have said RECENTLY.
Here's a few of our favorites:
- #9) From lawmaker Dave Albo of Virginia: My wife won't sleep with me because of this ultrasound provision.
- #5) Santorum Super-PAC sugar-daddy Foster Friess: In my day, "gals" used to put an "aspirin between their knees" [for contraception].
- #3) Fox News talking-head Liz Trotta: "You have this whole bureaucracy upon bureaucracy… to support women in the military who are now being raped too much."
