The modern Republican Party's version of small government appears to be one so small it could fit inside a woman's vagina.

In Virginia, the overwhelmingly Republican state Legislature passed a bill that would require women to have a trans-vaginal ultrasound prior to a woman obtaining an abortion. This latest bill may even violate the Virginia law defining rape - but so far, Virginia's legislators don't seem that concerned. Right-wing extremist legislators in Texas and Iowa are also looking to push through similar bills.

Meanwhile, Republican extremists in the media, like CNN contributor Dana Loesch, seem to think that this form of state-sanctioned rape is no different than consensual sex - to which Team Randi responded with a collective, "REALLY?!"
